The_Faces_of_Haarne_INDEX Commodore 64 game

Protect the "face" in the center from getting harmed by weird attackers by shooting them with your hat while Bach's Brandenburg Concerto #3 is tootling along. Delightfully weird setting but unfortunately only mildly entertaining because of simplistic and repetitive action. After a short while you might feel in the mood for a nap just like the guy on the title screen.
